 We are pleased to have Minitab Technical Trainer, Dr. Kowalski on 13 November night to share the experience of Using DOE in Service Quality with us.  Design of experiments is a powerful tool for exploring and optimizing processes.  It has been a proven tool for many years in the manufacturing environment.  With the advancement of Six Sigma, many of the statistical analyses that have been utilized in manufacturing have migrated to the service sector.  This talk has attracted over 35 attendants and they all pay full attention to learn how to apply design expriments for Service Quality in real world.  Also, they learned how logistic regression is applied in DOE.
