The GROW's team will train and develop members to be capable in leading and driving Six Sigma and Lean projects and deliver result to an organizational requirement.

GROW's Structure:
The GROW team is established by a group of Six Sigma and Lean enthusiasts and Quality practitioners from different professional industries.
GROW aims to serve as a voluntary resource base for non-profit making organizations searching for Six Sigma and Lean professionals to help them improve their daily process and raise their quality of services. The resources provided may include advice, information and best practices sharing, training and development to further the practice of Six Sigma and Lean in organization and individual.
GROW welcomes
all individuals who support GROW's mission and join as members by bringing ideas, suggestions, and resources which promoting Six Sigma and Lean practices into society and organizations.

Role & Responsibility of GROW Team:
Team Leader: Training Plan, lead and coordinate activities
Membership Specialist: Update of members’ information, coordinate members
Administrator: Training schedule, team’s news, minutes of meeting, quarterly e-newsletter etc
Members: Committed and participate in monthly meeting and actively involve in GROW team project (minimum volunteer hours at 5 per week x 6 to 8 months)
Application of GROW Team Member Requirement
A certified Six Sigma green/black belt and
Attendance Rate up to 80% or less than 3 times absent from team monthly meeting and
Registered professional member under ISSC or
Registed Wisdom Club member and
Pass the interview by ISSC Executive Committee
Benefits of Membership
There are a lot of Six Sigma and Lean cooperation between ISSC and other organizations. Project opportunities will be set up. GROW team members will be the first to select for joining the project and participate in real project leading, coaching and implementation.
In order to equip the GROW team members to be able to run projects individually, there will be free training programs offered by Master Black Belt and Black Belt of the Executive Committee members of the followings:
1. Technical Training: Six Sigma and Lean in practice
2. Soft Skill training: Communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
3. NLP Training
All GROW members have the priority right to participate in the election as the members of Executive Committee of ISSC.
All GROW members can claim their participation hours to meet the renewal requirement of the ISSC professional members recertification.
