Topic:  Introduction of Quality Table for QFD

Speaker:  Dr. Catherine Chan, the President of Hong Kong Quality Function Deployment Association

We are pleased to invite Dr. Catherine Chan, the President of Hong Kong Quality Function Deployment Association to share with us on the topic of "Introduction of Quality Table for QFD" on 10 Dec 2015 in ISSC Wanchai Center.

Quality table is the primary operational mechanism of QFD.  From the way the 2-way matrix is arranged to the flow of the process, the quality table appropriately makes use of the principles of TQM.  The quality table provides a template with which interpretation of the voice of the customer (VOC), translation of customer needs into quality elements, formulation marketing strategy, as well as identification of important quality elements could be operated.

We have received overwhelming response and the seats are full that night.  Dr. Chan shared with us the logic and the way of constructing the quality table with vivid examples.   Dr. Chan explained the followings in details:
