He took up various assignment in GE Aircraft Engines Supply Chain Division and touch on every aspect of the business cycle, typically 90% on Controllership, 5% on Risk Managemnet and 5% on Operational excellence. In DBS Bank, he was responsible for providing leadership, direction and Green Belt training to cross-functional teams in Hong Kong, Indonesia and Singapore.

Dr. Chong is the CEO is the CEO and Chaiman of the Berkeley Henderson Management Consulting Company. He was Quality Director of Motorola (Greater China) and Customer Service Director of Hewlett Packard. Dr. Chong has worked in multinational corporations such as Harris Semiconductor, Acer, Sony, Hewlett Packard and Motorola, for 24 years, mainly in Quality Management and Customer Service fields.
In 1995, Chong accepted the position of the Director of Quality and Customer Satisfaction for Motorola China. Under his leadership, the Greater China Paging Subscriber Division of Motorola in Tianjin received the Corporate Quality System Review assessment certification with extremely high scores of 88.8%. He also created the China Motorola after-sales service brand. The "Real-time repair in one hour" for mobile phones was established by Chong which became the standard of after-sales service benchmark for other companies in the telecommunication industry in China.
He has established the Motorola in-house consulting group that provided Six Sigma 5-Start STSQ training for the Network Service Operator including China Telecom, China Mobile, China Unicom to help them enhance their service quality and management performance. He organized and trained the Chinese customers teams to participate in the 6 Sigma Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS) competition sponsored by Motorola and the Chinese Customer Team received the TCS Silver award. Between 1998 and 1999, Dr. Chong assisted CAQ (Chinese Association of Quality) to conduct TCS training for more than 300 enterprises throughout China. He was honoured the Senior Quality Advisor by CAQ in recognition of his contribution to the quality improvement in China.

Mr. Zhou has over 9 years in quality and six sigma experience. He is a senior Black Belt in Siemens Shanghai Mobile Communications Ltd. He leads and consults many Six Sigma projects in the whole supply chain of SSMC. He support the implementation of Six Sigma strategy, train and mentor other Black Belts, Green Belts and team members. In October 2003, his team achieved 'TOP+award' of Siemens Global in Berlin, Germany. He has rich experience in training and coaching engineers, quality managers, internal trainers from companies such as ALCATEL, LG.
