2008 Seminar 1 :  Workshop on Lean Manufacturing

The seminar was successfully held on 20 May 2008 in ISSC Wanchai Center.   We are pleased to invite Dr. Eddie Au to share with us the concept of Lean Manufacturing and the tips of implementation. 

Dr. Au explained the Lean Manufacturing History, Lean Manufacturing concept and evolution, 8 wastes and problem of high operation cost, use of "Waste Matrix" to identify wastes in the organization and a brief introduction of lean manufacturing tools.

The seminar was well received by 30 participants and was full house that night.  Thanks for Dr. Au's great sharing.
