The seminar was successfully held on 31 Jul 2008 in ISSC Wanchai Center.   We are pleased to invite Ms. Lin to share with us the best practice in Lean Six Sigma and how to run effective Kaizen Workshop. 

Ms. Lin explained the best practice of Lean Six Sigma using a case study and introduced the concept of Kaizen and step by step on how to run Kaizen.  The participants were all very enthusiastic on the Lean Six Sigma application and understand that with Lean, all cost of poor quality - including internal quality controller - should be minimized. 

The seminar was well received by 30 participants and was full house that night.  Thanks for Ms. Lin's great sharing.
